Situation

LEDGER: SABLE, this is LEDGER.

Target is Tomas Vire, calls himself the Magistrate. Runs what is left of the rebel cells on Arcadia. 6 weeks ago his people hit an Army supply convoy on the coast road. 11 soldiers. He has been untouchable since.

We turned one of his couriers. Vire sleeps somewhere different every night, but every 4th night he holds court in Kavala, the stilt town out on the lake. Big grey longhouse in the middle. Locals bring him their problems, he settles them. Tonight is the 4th night.

There will be civilians. Keep that number low. This operation does not exist.

Mission

Kill Tomas Vire, called the Magistrate. Recover his records.

Execution

1. Pelican drop on the road south of the lake.
2. Positive ID on Vire in the longhouse. He wears grey and sits alone behind the table at the front, facing the room.
3. Kill him. Keep civilian casualties low.
4. Secondary: records, anything he carries, anything near where he sleeps.
5. Exfil west. Pelican will be waiting.

Nobody goes north east.
